After an initial meeting to determine what their requirements were, Calm Design provided an initial draft which they were very happy to go with. Along with a site revamp Smart Vehicle Contracts wanted a Live Help feature on their site, so that visitors could speak directly vith sales staff via an instant messaging feature.
