After having designed and developed the website for UK events management company, Freshbox Events Ltd, they came back to us asking if we could have a crack at another website for a concert they were putting on featuring the Bootleg Beatles. The requirements for the site were quite simple: build a site that displays info about the concert and allows people to buy tickets on line. 

Using PayPal's IPN (instant payment notification), we set up a simple Paypal button that would allow tickets to be purchased and would then update a database once payment had been received and cleared. The site would then automatically send out an email to the buyer confirming their transaction. The email also acts as their buyer's eTicket for the concert.
