Swansea based recruitment company, Drake Wales were in desperate need for a complete redesign of their company website. They also wanted a content management system which would allow them to add and delete vacancies and copies of their monthly newsletter, as and when they required.
Responding to an invitation to tender, Calm Design made contact with Drake Wales and successfully won the contract for their business after submitting a competitive quote.

We were looking to improve our web presence via a simple, functional web site that could be accessed easily by our existing and potential customers. This aim was complicated by the fact that we have 2 different customer groups: Employers (organisations hiring recruitment services) and Job Seekers (individuals looking for work). This meant that our design brief demanded a website that appealed to 2 separate groups with different needs and expectations.
It was clear from the earliest of stages, in fact from the detail and level of understanding shown in Calm Design’s initial quote that we were dealing with a company whose sole aim was to deliver an effective solution. Calm Design quickly created a design template that evolved over a period of time as our needs and aspirations became clearer. Throughout the process they showed a wonderful ability to shape the site whilst ensuring that our stated key objectives were addressed. They also kept me fully up to date with the site as it developed until such time that I was entirely happy with the finished product.
